Headstart is a top notch facility! From caring, creative and talented educators to organized and approachable management staff - our family truly loves this early years centre. The programming our daughter has received has included play based learning, exposure to music and dancing, lots of outdoor/messy fun and some structured circle time (to name a few). Our daughter loves the relationships she has built at the Centre and knows who each educator is, which demonstrates the teamwork approach by the Staff. The daily struggle of getting her to leave with us is a testament to her love of the Centre and how comfortable she is there! We would not hesitate recommending Headstart to any family.
My boys have both been going to Headstart for the past 14 months. I have nothing but positive things to say about the center. The staff are all so wonderful and caring and made my boys' transition there seamless. My oldest is very shy but they all took the extra time to make him feel comfortable and engaged him in lots of fun activities. Both boys quickly fell in love with the staff of Headstart as did my husband and I. The center is so organized and on the ball about everything. They are all very approachable and always greet us at the beginning and end of the day. It's easy to see that they all truly enjoy their jobs and they all go above and beyond the call of duty every day. It's a great feeling knowing that my boys are in the care of people who really value their uniqueness and work hard to teach them new things every day. Plus, they love our kids. What more could we ask for? The center's supervisor and director are present daily and address any issues or concerns head on and keep the center running smoothly. The food served is healthy and delicious! My boys are so excited to tell me what they ate that day. They are outside almost every single day. They are absolutely filthy at the end of the day from having so much fun all day! There are fun activities planned on almost a daily basis; a trip to the pet store, a walk in the rain, fun at the purple park, water play. I've watched my boys blossom over the past year and I feel Headstart has played a huge role in their development and in their overall well being and happiness. We love Headstart and I would recommend this center to anyone!
